Who We Are
We're a small, highly trained contents packout and restoration team based in DFW. Most claims that require contents handling eventually involve Dallas packout services to properly document, remove, and store items during reconstruction — and that's the work we specialize in: careful removal, documentation, storage, and return of personal and commercial contents after fire, flood, storm, mold, and other property damage events.
Every job is led by Tyler Edwards — owner, operator, and the person who answers the phone when you call. No franchise. No call center. No crew you've never met showing up at your door.
Why We Started
After years in the moving and property services industry, Tyler saw the same problem over and over: families and business owners dealing with the worst moments of their lives, handed off to crews who didn't care, didn't document properly, and left them fighting with their insurance company alone.
Total Packout Solutions exists to fix that. We bring the same level of care to a packout that you'd expect from a trusted friend in the industry — someone who knows what they're doing, treats your belongings like their own, and handles the insurance side so you don't have to.
Our work is focused heavily in Dallas and surrounding high-end communities, where detailed documentation and controlled handling matter throughout the entire packout process.
